Early this morning, a longtime store owner walked into his favorite building one last time.

you need to make sure that the offlineside of your business is running smoothly.

So among other things, you need to:
  • Get to know your numbers (Total sales, Best selling items, Worst selling items, Average sales per employee, Conversion rate, etc.)
  • Get on top of your inventory by conducting regular stock checks and reduce inventory stock holding
  • Optimize the layout of your warehouse, as well as your store to make everything run as smoothly as possible while reducing overheads (Wages, Rent, Opening Times, etc.)
  • Make the purchase as easy as possible and ensure your customers actually enjoy shopping with you
  • Use your reporting tools to understand which promotions are driving people to your store - and then do more of them
...and that’s just the beginning.

Yes, there’s tons of work involved.
